About Pastor Corey
Corey K. Hambrick, an Atlanta native, was born in 1983. He is a product of the DeKalb County School System as he graduated from Redan High School in 2001. In July of 2006, he graduated from Alabama A&M University with a degree in Political Science. In December of 2012, he graduated from Strayer University where he received a Master’s Degree specializing in Public Administration. He is observed on a daily basis serving the community as Rockdale County’s Chief of Staff and has served previously as a Sergeant in the Criminal Investigative Division of the Conyers Police Department. He heard the call of God upon his life at the early age of fourteen and accepted the call at the age of fifteen. Pastor Corey received and answered the mandate from God to serve as the Senior Pastor and Teacher of The Life Church Christian Center, which was successfully launched in the Fall of 2011. The Life Church Christian Center, under the leadership of Pastor Corey K. Hambrick, has become one of the most buzzed about churches in the Conyers community in which it serves. Pastor Corey was recently featured on Preachers of Atlanta, a docu-series highlighting the lives of Preachers that minister in very unorthodox ways. This platform allotted Pastor Corey to minister in millions of households across the United States and abroad. He utilized this platform to also bring attention to police and community relations. He is the founder of Thinking Under Fire, Inc., which seeks to focus the conversation to education of the masses about mending police and civilian relationships. Pastor Corey has a heart for people and desires to build his life work around helping people identify their life purpose, understanding what to do with what life may present, and creating organizations and programs, such as Thinking Under Fire, Inc., to help make the world a more conscious and proactive place. He is a self-motivated man of God who has a deep hunger to win souls for Christ. He is admired and respected by his peers, mainly because he boldly allows God to use him to bless others with his spiritual gifts. Pastor Corey possesses keen leadership abilities and is highly anointed to inspire, encourage, and minister to people of many nationalities, denominations, and ages with a relevant word that is applicable to Right Now Situations. Pastor Corey is married to the beautiful Mrs. Corrinne Hambrick. They have two daughters, Tiyanna M. Jackson and Chloe N. Hambrick and one son, Corey K. Hambrick, Jr. Pastor Corey continues to be a blessing in the lives of all those he comes in contact with.

First Lady Corrinne Hambrick
Corrinne Nicole Hambrick was born in Summit, New Jersey, and relocated with her family to Decatur, Georgia in 1989. Corrinne is the devoted wife to Pastor Corey K. Hambrick. She’s a woman after God’s own heart, a loving mother, a woman that has compassion for people, hard work, and loyal friend. Corrinne delights in spending time with her family, traveling, dancing, and laughing.
Corrinne faced a challenging time in her life at the age of 14 when her father, Jerome Hollaway, whom she had a great relationship with, passed on to be with the Lord. She became very rebellious and pregnant at a young age. While so many would say that Corrinne wouldn’t makeand never amount to anything. God obviously had something else in mind. She found the Lord and rededicated her life to Him at the age of 18 and never looked back. Corrinne and Pastor Corey equally share in the enjoyment of raising their 3 children, Tiyanna Mariah Jackson, Chloe Hambrick and Corey Hambrick, Jr.
Corrinne is a licensed master cosmetologist and professional real estate agent. She completed a two-year apprenticeship program and was licensed by the Georgia Board of Cosmetology in February of 2000. She attended Georgia MLS Training Institute and was licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission in April of 2010. She also has modeled since 1997, being featured in several hair magazines, music videos, fashion shows, hair shows, and Jet Magazine.
Corrinne displays her love and dedication in many areas at The Life Church Christian Center. You can find her on Sunday’s lovingly sending the congregation off after service and strategizing various ways to catapult the women’s ministry forward, in an effort to edify, heal, and involve women of The Life Church. She encourages women to always exude confidence, be their selves, and allow God to use them. While her main focus is to support her husband at home, in ministry and in every area, she also serves the community at large through various programming.
